Hello,
Welcome to my ADHD UK profile.
My name is Sasha Louise Smith and I am a Life Coach and Small Business Mentor to Women who identify as Neurodiverse or identify with some of the characteristics, traits and often times challenges that can come along with that. I myself have ADHD after being diagnosed in 2021 at 28, so I personally understand the process, emotions and challenges that can come along with a later diagnosis.
About Sasha
I have been Self employed for eight years and began my career working in Animal Behaviour, specifically Dog Training. Over the last three years I have been Coaching and Mentoring professionally specifically within the Dog Training Industry. I realised early into my journey that a lot of people drawn to work or spend time with animals are Neurodiverse which has led me down the path I am on today.
Since then I have extended my education, experience and learning to other businesses and women who would benefit from working with a Coach who understands and empathises with their situation.
I am currently working towards my Coaching Diploma with Optimus Training Academy which will allow me to register with the ICF at PCC (Professional Coach) level over the next year.
It’s my mission to educate, advocate and empower other Neurodiverse women to start, run and grow successful businesses based on their definition of what that is. I believe despite the challenges we face, we also have many gifts that harnessed can make a huge impact in other peoples lives.
Working with me
I am known for being kind, patient, energetic and empathic in my Coaching approach, I use an integrative approach which draws on various modalities that are designed to see you as a whole person. Knowing you are complete as you are and more than capable of making positive progress that is meaningful to you as an individual.

I work mostly with Self Employed Women of all ages who come from a variety of backgrounds who are looking to make positive change in their life and who may be struggling with overwhelm, stress and frustration. I support you by creating a safe space to explore who you are and to unravel your thoughts so that you are empowered to make positive changes that are meaningful to you as an individual.
You can work with me in two ways:
Life Coaching:
We begin by meeting on a Free Consultation Call: So that I am able to meet with you, hear more about where you are and any challenges that are infront of you. On the call we can discuss how Coaching works and how it may be able to support you to move forward.
From there we begin with an initial package of 6 sessions, which are usually spaced two weeks apart to allow for integration and implementation time. We explore together what your intention is for our time together and how best you would like to be supported to get there.
This can be particularly supportive for the Self Employed person who feels imposter syndrome due to the personal challenges they face “behind the scenes”
* I do occasionally offer Intro to Coaching Sessions at a reduced rate for people who are new to Coaching and would like to get to know me more before making a larger commitment.
Business Mentoring:
I offer a small and limited number of spaces for people who would like a combined/integrative approach between Coaching and Mentoring which can be a more directive approach.
I work best with Service based business who are 2+ years in and who would like a more personalised and tailored support plan.

Prices:
Coaching begins from an initial fee of £147.00 up to £750.00 for a full Coaching Program, concessions may be given on a case by case basis.
Coming into Coaching can be a big step, my aim is to create a space that allows you to feel completely safe, supported, seen and understood whilst moving forward in your life.
